Who We Are

We are a family farm in south central Iowa, right in the heart of the Midwest.

What we do

We raise beef and pork to fill your freezer, and have been for over 30 years. Our passion is producing high quality meat that you can feel good about feeding to your family!

We offer our Piedmontese beef and home-raised pork cuts online. Our commercial Angus/Hereford beef is sold by the quarter, half and whole steer online. Harvest season for our commercial beef runs from October to January each year. Feel free to contact us with any questions that you might have.

We currently do not offer shipping for our products. You can find us at the Norwalk Farmer’s Market on Friday evenings in Norwalk, Iowa from May - August or on Thursday afternoons at the Dewitt Farmer’s Market in DeWitt, Iowa. We offer the option to order online by Sunday at noon to pick up your meat order at the Norwalk City Park in Norwalk, Iowa at Meet for Meat on Sundays from 4 - 5 p.m.

All of our meat is processed within 30 miles of our home farm. We support local and we think you should too! Thank you for your support of our family farm!

In our opinion the distance between producer and consumer is much larger than it should be, both in physical miles and in a communication sense. Many people don't know where their food comes from, who raises it, or how it's raised. We want to help bridge that gap so that you are able to confidently support our farm with each purchase you make.

You can place your order online (we accept all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.) If you want to pay with cash when you pick up, you can direct message us on Facebook or call or text the number on our website. You will receive an email when your order has been filled, then pick up your order at our Norwalk Meet for Meat at the Norwalk City Park on Sundays from 4-5 PM.
Order by Noon on Sunday to ensure your order will be with us that day!
We believe that happy, healthy animals produce better meat. When animals are sick, we believe in giving them medicine to help them get better. All antibiotics are used under the direction of a veterinarian. We don’t use hormones, ever.
The farm is located outside of Norwalk Iowa!
